John Wyndham
John Wyndham [John Wyndham]
(1903–69) an English writer of ↑science fiction novels, including The Day of the Triffids (1951), The Chrysalids (1955) and The Midwich Cuckoos (1957). His books are often about how people deal with disasters, both natural ones and those created by humans.
